I was very worried about replacing my roof because it had already started leaking in several places, and the situation was more complicated because I had solar panels installed years ago by a company that is now out of business. I expected the whole process to be stressful and difficult.

I must say I also do not usually let roofing companies that knock on my door inspect my roof, but I am very glad I made an exception with Silverlinings. Abdul was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely detail-oriented from the very beginning. He and the Silverlinings team took care of everything: the initial inspection, communicating with the insurance company, coordinating the solar panel removal and reinstallation, replacing the roof, and even arranging for the ceilings damaged by leaks to be painted.

The entire process was smooth, fast, and far less stressful than I expected. They used high-quality materials and worked with skilled people who clearly knew what they were doing. Abdul stayed on top of every detail and made sure the job was done right. From the owner to other members of the team I talked on the phone, such as Mike, everyone I met was very helpful.

We built our home 23 years ago, and when it came time to replace our roof, we trusted Silver Linings Roofing with the job. Our roof was old, and we had roofing companies stopping by every month looking for business. When Abdul Morsy first stopped by to speak with my husband, we were still skeptical. However, after seeing the amazing work they completed on another home in our neighborhood, we decided Silver Linings Roofing was the right choice for us.

Our house now looks fresh and new again! Abdul was on site while the crew installed the new roof, and when they finished, it didn’t even look like they had been there. Everything was clean, tidy, and put back in place perfectly.

Did a great job from beginning to the end. Abdul answered every question, informed us of many options available and was a very hands on rep for silver linings . Our roof suffered wind damage from a storm and our policy covered our new roof. The crew showed up in the morning, removed the old roof, both on our house and a barn that I opted to reroof as well. The barn had minor water damage which was repaired and both house and barn were completed in 1 day. A minor calculation error which I missed was caught and conveyed to the insurance company and adjusted the claim by Abdul which i am very thankful. What could have been a complex and confusing job was made easy and the buildings roofs turned out beautiful.

After a hailstorm damaged our roof, we had another company come out who claimed to be storm damage experts, but they gave up and ghosted us when the insurance only approved minor repairs. That's when we called Jimmie and the team at Silver Linings.

They were incredibly professional, thorough, and actually followed through. Within a couple of months, they got our insurance company to fully approve a complete roof replacement. We couldn't be happier with the results. Jimmie kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and made everything stress-free. Taylor, Jimmie and the team did a great job. They walked me through the entire process (including with insurance) and the team showed up and worked relentlessly in blistering heat to get the roof done in essentially one day. They followed up to be sure that everything was done well and cleaned up after the job. They stuck to their estimates so no surprises there. Very satisfied!

Wonderful company to work with! We were hit pretty bad with a storm earlier this year! And Nate and his crew were able to come out assess all the damage and help us get a new roof! They worked very fast and efficiently! And has done a great job with checking in with us after to see if there is anything we need! I would absolutely recommend to everyone I know! I took a shot on a smaller company after seeing the work they did on my neighbors roof and I am glad we did. This was our third roof in 12 years and definitely our best experience by far.
